Hamid received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa and his Bachelor of Arts focusing on Criminology and Psychology from the University of Oshawa Institute of Technology. Hamid’s practice focuses primarily on real estate, including residential sales, purchases and refinances, commercial financing, title transfers and severances. His objective – to ensure a smooth and stress-free real estate process for all of his clients. 

Growing up, Hamid lived in many different countries, allowing him to immerse and enjoy a variety of cultures and experiences. This also provided Hamid the opportunity to learn many languages, including Hindi, Urdu, French, Farsi, and Dari, each in which Hamid is fluent.

Hamid spent much of his career as a sole practitioner, working independently and without the assistance of a clerk, affording him the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all stages of a real estate transaction. Hamid deeply values and appreciates the hard work of all staff, but he also understands that clients retain and put their faith on a lawyer’s experience and expertise. This belief motivates Hamid to be involved personally in every single file, regardless of its scope. He ensures he is personally accessible to each and every one of his clients.

Hamid has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law, including residential and commercial transactions, severances, title transfers, right-of-way, residential and commercial financing, co-ownership agreements, and court applications with respect to real estate law.

In his free time, Hamid enjoys watching Cricket, spending time with family and friends, and finding new shows to binge watch.
