Rylea Rea, Personal Injury Law Clerk
WHY I WORK
AT WARDS LAWYERS
It’s important to me that I am able to grow professionally in my career. I learn something new at WARDS LAWYERSPC everyday. I’m fortunate to be surrounded by knowledgeable lawyers and staff who are always willing to teach me new things or challenge me. I’m able to take on new tasks and roles within the Firm, knowing I have full support, if needed.
More about Rylea
My most recent memorable moment was just before the Christmas holidays in 2019. I was called into meet with Melissa, where I was offered a permanent position with the WARDS LAWYERSPC. I had been hired as a temporary clerk to cover a maternity leave and worked as hard as I could to prove myself and my abilities since I knew that this was where I wanted to be long-term. When I was offered a permanent position, I felt like all of my hard work was noticed and had paid off. I couldn’t have been happier and that was the best Christmas gift I received that year!
A Message From Rylea
I joined WARDS LAWYERSPC in 2018, shortly after graduating from Durham College’s Paralegal Program. I began as a Personal Injury Clerk and since then have also had the opportunity to work with the Estate Planning group. I strive to provide excellent service to our clients and to make their experience with our Firm a positive one.
