I pursue claims for compensation for personal injury victims and their families, as well as other insurance and litigation matters. I represent clients in complex situations, focusing on accessing benefits and coordination of rehabilitation to assist with physical, psychological and financial recovery.

“I was calling from my hospital bed at the time of my initial contact with Wards Lawyers, having just had a partial hip replacement as a result of a car accident.  Monique came to see me in the hospital and assured me that I had a case and that she would be my contact. Monique handled my case with kindness, reassurance, and professionalism, advising me as we proceeded through this, to me, complicated process.  I have nothing but high praise for her ability to see it through to its conclusion today.”

WHY I WORK
AT WARDS LAWYERS

I have always been a people person. I want to help, to negotiate and to find solutions to problems. For over 10 years, I represented insurance companies and gained valuable insight and understanding into how they manage personal injury claims. I now use my experience to effectively pursue claims for personal injury victims and their families, as well as other litigation matters.

I have just entered my 20th year of practice – and this is a good time to reflect on the relationships I have built and to look forward to continuing to represent clients in complex situations.

I work with driven, knowledgeable and hardworking people. WARDS LAWYERSPC maintains a strong community involvement, a shared value of the importance of family and a forward focus.

Having such a strong presence in the community enables WARDS LAWYERSPC to reach and assist clients in need. I am proud to be working with great people and in a firm with a commitment to helping every one of our clients.

More about Monique

Memorable Moment

My most memorable moments at WARDS LAWYERSPC have been attending the 2015 and 2018 Kids’ Road Hockey Tourneys.  There were hundreds of children, parents and spectators, along with numerous volunteers, joining together for some community fun and a good cause.  My daughter helped host the Concussion Prevention and Safety Awareness booth where we were able to share injury prevention resources and connect with people in the community.

A Message From Monique

Life can be a challenge, as we have especially learned in the last few years.  I am fortunate to be pursuing my personal injury practice with a firm that has the resources and support necessary to work hard for our clients and obtain the best possible outcome, even during a difficult time and an ever-changing world. I look forward to continuing to develop relationships with clients and their families as they progress and rebuild their lives.
