I maintain a broad civil litigation practice providing legal representation in disputes related to employment, estates, construction, real estate and commercial matters. I also provide consultations for a variety of workplace matters, including the preparation of workplace polices, employment contracts and advising on best practices. Legal disputes can be complicated – I aim to assist my clients by making things as simple as possible.

What struck me about working at WARDS LAWYERSPC was the attention to detail and emphasis on providing quality service for each individual client. As a litigation lawyer I’d heard every joke in the book about lawyers who reap the misfortunes of their clients. Working at WARDS LAWYERSPC is different. I remember sitting in a client meeting with Jason working through a complex problem where he made sure the client understood every piece of pertinent information while presenting practical solutions to fit the client’s needs.
